  1. It's when your body goes into total relaxation!

  2. Your body's sorta in this limbo like place. Part of your conscious and subconscious mind are both active, which doesn't normally happen. Your subconscious mind is busy bein in this dream while your conscious mind is pickin up on the actions that your brain thinks about doing, or something along that line.

  18. The are called myoclonic jerks. You can get a type of seizure called myoclonic seizures but myoclonic jerks are not epileptic in origin, they are a normal 'release' phenomena.

I'm sure most people have experienced these, I have dreamt I'm about to fall over and I wake up with this sudden 'jump'.

  19. when it happens to me its usually I'm in a light state of dreaming and its usually because I trip and fall down in my dream

  20. I think it's because you're dreaming falling or something but not yet in deep sleep so the movement you make awakens you.

    I like it though.

Everyone always talked about it... I never experienced it til I was 14 and half-dreamt I slipped on a muddy hill at school.

  25. All it means is that your dream either included you jumping off a building, or riding a faulty roller-coaster. Nothing more.

  26. It is where you fall asleep, and then you wake up in a jolt. Like, you suddenly sit up, as if you were scared of something. As for what it means, I'm guessing it means that there is something that you fear, or maybe that there is something that you are uneasy about.

  27. It means you've woken up again.

    Nothing strange! =)
