Hi my name is Dave, and I recently came across 3 crows. About 1 month ago I had been assaulted in the head. The doctors told me I was extremely lucky to have survived the injury. The first cat scan of my brain they took was horrible, my brain was bleeding profusely. The next day they took another one and my brain damage was getting worst. Finally the third day my recovery was getting better, even though I could barely talk, read, or write. A few days later I was released from the hospital but the next day I had my first seizure ever and I was back in the hospital for another 2 more days. The doctors determined that I would be alright if I took dilantin to prevent seizures and I was taking percotecs for pain. So for the most part after I left the hospital I was alright but I had some serious problems talking, reading, and writing and some serious pain.
A few days later I decided I was going to walk to my brother's house because he only lives literally down the street. On my way there, no crows, on my way back, I see 3 crows. Keep in mind the housing community that I live in nothing but fairly new houses with very few trees. I was walking down the sidewalk on my way home when I look up and to my astonishment I saw three crows about 10 feet in front of me pecking at the sidewalk. I stopped walking for a second just to making sure I'm not dreaming and that the birds are real. I know crowed are seen as bad omen a lot of times but I also know that they eats dead animals.
As soon as I stopped all 3 of them flew off and landed on the roof of the house on my right. So I surveyed the ground and the sidewalk I was walking on and I saw no dead animals. It just really creeped me out because the whole time they were also cawing and staring at me with one eye.
I eventually walked away and past the house. I'm not that in to signs or spirits, but the way everything happened it was really weird to me. Not that this even matters but I also escaped death 3 times in my life so far. Once I was hit buy a speeding mack truck when I was 5. Second time I flipped my cars twice in the air, landed upside down going down a really steep hill and the only reason why I stopped is because I hit 2 trees. I've never broken a single bone in my whole life and I'm 26 years old. Also I would like to add that it has been 31 days exactly since I had my brain injury and my rehabilitation is coming along great. When my injury first happened my speech was horrible! When I talked all you could hear were mumbles and I had to write everything down on paper. One week later I was able to pronounce all my words and I actually had facial expressions. All my doctors are shocked at how well I can actually talk now. The good news is that as of today I can read, write, and talk almost 100%.
