What does it mean when you experience turbulence in your ear while listening to something?

I know it sounds weird but I was listening to something and then I got this strange sensation in my ear as if the speaker was talking directly to me....

Uh ... you are posing this question in the dream interpretation section.  OK, I will offer these interpretations anyway:  1) You need to decrease the volume of your audio device or you will accelerate your path to deafness.  I mean this seriously.  2) If you mean you are listening to something in a general way and you think someone is talking directly to you, then, uh, I don't get it, unless you mean that the person's mouth was moving but you were receiving his or her subliminal message in some different kind of vocal tone.  If #2 is the problem, seek the services of an exorcist.
