I had a naked dream about a coworker and it really freaked me out.

you can't have a dream about someone you don't care about and you don't have feelings for, (especially not a naked dream). so it definitely means you must have some feelings for that person. If I were you, I'd get to know that person better and, hangout and stuff like that and see what happens. Maybe with time you'll find out if you truly like that person and then.....

If you were naked then you feel exposed to this person.  You may have told him something or he knows something about him that you feel is threatening.

If he were naked then it would be more of a sexual theme.  You are wanting him but then it could also be your feeling power over him.  It also could contact aspects of both s*x and power.

Either way you seem to be having some type of conflict over this person and there is a sexual component to the conflict.
