I am 16 weeks pregnant and a once and a while I get the shakes, is that normal? I am exhausted so I try to lie down and relax but I still feel like I am shaking and my whole body feels weak. I try to drink a lot of water and take my vitamins and such but is it bad to feel this way? I also have been getting a lot of cramps like when I wake up and then I get shakes and the feeling like I am going to pass out. Any suggestions?

But you should really consult with your Dr about this. They will need to know for sure or not if it is your sugar levels or something else.
