What does it mean when you have yellow discharge with a little spot of blood?

after i wiped it, it was clear again.

should i be worried?

1)is it yellow or yellow-white, or yellow-green?

2) does it smell strange?

3)does it burn?

4) have you recently had unprotected s*x?

If it is a darker color than yellow-white, and you answer yes to the other questions it may be chlamydia or gonorrhea, or another STD. Just go to the OBGYN and get it checked out. Or, it may be a yeast infection, but that usually produces large amounts of "cottage cheese" like discharge.
