What does it mean when you kill a vampire in your dream?

i just woke up from a nightmare i had and in it was a vampire and she killed someone close to me but i dont know who that person was,but before he died i told him to talk to me through dreams, and i got a pair of siccors and stabed the vampire 2 times and when i woke up i was in the same position that i was holding the siccors but only lying down. and just so you know i checked the dreammoods.com and it didnt help me so please can someone find another explanation for this dream because when i woke up i started crying cause it felt sooo real.

Hm... a vampire being a female.

A vampire could represent an exfriend (aka old friend). A person who is dead to you.

This could also explain her killing someone close to you. Just replace "killing" with "stealing" and it'll make sense.

You wanted to get revenge... but why scissors? Oh because a knife would be too original. Or you could apply scissors to the phrase "tear them apart" ... your choice

As far as you being in the same position when you woke up. Well our bodies don't stay stiff when we sleep that's for sure. This is common.
