What does it mean when you salivate whenever he's around?

Today at church I saw the man I'm in love with(we're good close friends) for the first time in a month.

Anyway every few minutes my mouth would fill up with spit and I'd have to swallow it. I've never salivated so much in my life! It happened when he was around me all morning.

Does that mean anything?

It's always a good sign when that type of thing happens.  It's a subconscious function that happens when you see something very appealing for your body to react in certain ways.  Your pupils will actually be the first things to change, they'll get huge when you really like something you are looking at.  

Basically, yes, it means that you're attraction to him is a pretty big thing for your body to react in such a way.
