What does it mean when you stop your monthly than start it again 3 days later?

sometimes you can have a bleed through or a break through.  this is when your period stops short and then you bleed later in the month.  the blood that shows later in the month tends to be darker because it is old blood.  if this is the case you may need a cleaning out with a DNC.  i would go see your doctor to find out what is going on for sure!  you must remember that when anything that is abnormal for your body might indicate something is wrong.  the most important thing is to stay healthy!  the pill is a chemical and when ever we put these things in our body there are side effects.  even though the chemical helps us in the long run, it is still a unknown element to our body.  everyone may react differently to these things too.  just listen to your body and if you feel that something may not be right call your doctor!
