it means that you are worrying about them dying, but it doesn't mean they are going to die.

i know someone who has had repetitive dreams about her family members dying, but they are all alive and well to this day.

I have always heard that if you dream someone is going to die then it means like someone is going to have a baby, and then if you have a dream that someone is having a baby then it means someone is going to die. I think this is maybe just a old wives tale though, but maybe it means that you secretly sub-consciously want the person dead...................

Bad dreams are just your subconcious telling you that there is a problem in your life that you need to deal with. Somebody dying may not actually mean that they ar eoging to die. It may mean that the person is drifting away from or that there is an unsorted dilemma that you need to handle.

It is best to follow your heart, and not your dreams. Your heart never lies. Your subconcious is a very confusing and random thing. It may be feeling something that you have no intention what-so-ever doing. This is why therapists use dreams as a type of councelling. It dives deep within your mind to figure out what is the real problem.

You should try and think about the problems your facing between you adn that person and try to fix whatever it is that is bothering you. Your subconcious is currently telling you that you are at a fear of losing that person forever without letting them acknowledge your feelings.
