He placed his hands on each side of your face and while looking into your eyes, he glides his hands down and glides his thumbs across your lips like curtains opening.

You're a woman of course and you're both single

   It sounds pretty suggestive, and might seem so, but he may just like the way he shows affection and some adoration. It may be totally innocent, but just his way. I always wonder in these questions, why the asker, doesn't ask the one involved, directly?
