I think I'm really dehydrated I feel hungover but I didn't drink and alcohol. I'm drinking as much water as I can but is there anything else I can do to feel better?

  1. If your tongue is completely white - go to the hospital immediatly.

If you just have some white on your tongue.. usually when you look at it in a mirror, or when you stretch it out (sounds weird I know).. this is just a sign of slow digestion. Nothing to worry about, just drink more water.

  2. Oral candidiasis

    Candidiasis

Leukoplakia - white tongue or mouth lining.

Keratosis pharyngis - usually white lumps on the tonsils.

Jaundice - causes a yellow tongue

    Fluticasone asthma puffers

    Immunosuppression

    Broad spectrum antibiotics

    Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
