What does it mean you you have a dream thats like reality or past experience..?

I had a dream about an assistant coach that i had feelings for but recently got cut from the team. the dream was like a real experience of something that already happened, we were just talking in the dugout like normal, and when i woke up i thought it was real, can anyone tell me why this happens or if it means anything?

It could easily be a reflection of your own wants and desires- To be talking to your assistant coach again. If you had been thinking about your coach before you went to bed, then that topic could have easily been carried-over into the dream world. On the other hand, the dream could have absolutely no meaning at all, and could just be completely random.

This dream sounds like your mind was replaying a conversation you had. It's possible that your assistant coach gave you some advice that your subconcious wants you to listen to, or that you were missing having those conversations.
