it probably feels like your being eaten from the inside?  painful with biting sensations. id guess.

Sounds like something from Alien.

I'd guess it would be a horrible painful sensation...  worse than giving birth or getting kicked in the balls.

Very painful, I would think.

Everyone is wired for pain differently though, so there's really no way to describe it.  It's something you'd just have to feel for yourself to know.
