What does it say about a woman that?

chooses to get breast implants? I am talking BIG ones. I think they look unnatural & wonder why a woman would go through all of that trouble & end up with fake looking ones.

Son, we live in an increasingly fake world.  Women who get these things are too much into looks and not into substance.

They are all about attracting men with body parts that are fake.

Too bad there are so many men who fall for that fake stuff!

In the US, they are called "upgrade chasers".

Anyway, can you imagine what some future Archaeologist  will think about us when they stumble upon all these dead women's bodies with silicon and saline packs in them?  Ewww...

There's three main reasons why a woman would do this:

One: she's very insecure and needs to feel better about herself, even if it means doing something that other people might not think looks good.

Two: she has had surgery before and has become addicted and can't stop "improving" herself.

Three: she wants to look like celebrities who have had this done. This is usually an idolising issue.

Or perhaps, on some women, the surgery went wrong ?!

People alter their appearance because they like a certain look. Do you wonder why every woman brushes her hair in the morning? Or puts earrings in? Or wears a particular style of clothes? Or gets tattoos? With all due respect it's really none of your business how anyone else chooses to look .

I do feel if you get implants -they should look natural and not draw attention to you. A lot of women though choose big, fake ones and i think it is for attention as both men and women will look. Why else have implants that large?

Because so many women fall into the ideology of what society portrays as the ideal woman, blond, huge b*****s and the bigger and faker the better. With a very anorexic frame to carry them. So very sad that so many of our young women have very little self confidence and parents are steady encouraging children to obtain plastic surgery to cure what ails them. Unfortunately they need a psychologists to gain some self respect and self appreciation.. The new look, "blow up doll"

Some women feel like they look better if they "enhance"  themselves.  I agree with you, unnatural isn't pretty

Try breastfeeding a few children and ending up with only two saggy, little b*****s that looks like empty bags.  Trust me, the fake ones are a step-up.  After I finish breastfeeding my new baby, I'm definately going for it.  Just not that big (natural size).

Some women are too into their appearance.Some of them are not smart enough to understand the risk and how silly they will look.
