What does it sound like?

What does it sound like when ppl who are mute or cant speak cough or laugh? im just rly curious as to what it sounds like, i dont mean to offend anybody, but curiosity is always an issue with me. :)

Coughing doesn't have anything to do with your vocal cords, so them coughing sounds like coughing. Laughing is basically the same as coughing, but it'd probably just sound like whooshing air, since the vocal cords are partially involved with that.
