What does it take for a filipino graduate of civil engineering to study in australia?

what do we expect if we are bs engineering graduate in the philippines and we intend to study in australia? is there a big adjustment? how about the technology and the methods of teaching? what do we need to study in australia to be competent in their place especially in sydney?

if u hv a bachelor n going for masters it will not be difficult.  there r many other filipis around, esp in east coast.  tech is more advanced but its easy to catch up.  its a matter of acceptance and getting the $$.  or u can get deported
