Is it true that if you have an agent, that there may be a very good chance in odds that you can land roles on t.v. or is it just a fabulous drop dead gorgeous headshot, and a full resume to back it up with a High education level the way to pursue in the acting entertainment business. Or is it being just pure luck? I look on the web site all the time for auditions for T.v. episodes, and I can't really go at it like I want. I go to explore talent. Do you have to get an agent?how much does it cost?

  1. To directly answer to the main question, Objective opinions and JOBS are one way to judge GOT IT.

I'm not at all a fan of agents, holding them in very low regard, but so many of you young people seem to think they are like GODS right hand. Obviously the choice of one, will COST you at some point. They are in the business of making money from money you make. They may also not be like your Mom or Dad in what they think of you, or actually do more for you than anyone else, to secure work for you.

Then there is the issue of any level of talent at all, beyond this Drop Dead Gorgeous notion you have.

You'll know soon enough if you make the effort and either get accepted or rejected, if you've GOT IT.

  2. You need an agent, they cost $00000.It can be both, experience and no experience it's your prensontation of yourself that counts.

  3. Yes, you need to get an agent to be in movies, tv etc. An agent costs nothing. They earn about 10-15% of what you earn. If an agent asks you for money THEY ARE A SCAM.

Well it's basically talent. They want a headshot so if that like 'your look' then they may take you in as their client.

Well, they may pick you because of your talent, looks, training, experience etc. That's really what it's all about.

Hope I helped and good luck with your career! :)
