  1. First, there would have to be such a thing as a professional volleyball league.

  2. Steroids and some pasta

  3. it takes all you've got and then some

  4. First You would have to move out of the freakin country cuz uh we dont have pro teams here in the US.

Then you would have to learn the language of whatver country you end up in...or things can get confusing.

Then you would have to be awsome at volleyball...good enough that a pro team would give you a chance. you would have to have a wide understanding of the game...and have a understanding and skill to play  all positions. you would have to be in FREAKIN TOP SHAPE with a high F-in' Vertical!!!!

  5. To be a pro, you have to have determination above all things. You have to be able to take it. You need to be in shape, physically and mentally. You obviously have to have skill, and basically, determination and perserverance are two very important elements. Dont give up, and good luck! :)

  6. If you mean like the AVP, oh boy.

I can't really say a ton of practice and being involved since you were in highschool and college because there are more players that never played until  they got into the AVP than there are that played forever. You need raw talent mixed with an incredible vertical leap, extreme endurance, an open attitude, contacts with people in the association, and a break, as in your big break. After that, a lot of training and practice and an awesome team/teammate.
