What does it take to become a male model?

Well I'm 14 and I'm planning on becoming a model, I think its best to find out what I'm gonna be before its to late. So I have several questions to ask, so please answer them in numbers.

1. Do you have to go to college to become a model?

2. How do I start off?

3. How much do they get paid average?

4. Would I need an assistant manager etc.?

5. What's the best city to become it in?

6. What's the average hours worked a day?

7. Is being a model a hard job?

8. Would I have time on the side for myself?
