I got the letter for the 14 day Europe trip. I have a reservation for the informational meeting but what does it take for them to accept you. I know I need to get interviewed and have three letters of recommendation but what do they look for when accepting or rejecting you? Is it hard to get accepted? I know it's a bit pricey but if I'm accepted I'm going to try and raise the money. Any tips on help with getting accepted? Thanks

  1. In 7th grade I got denied for being too shy. Idk about high school, I'd assume it's the same. Only question I can remember they ask was something along the lines of "What are you most excited about for this experience?" The schoolmate next to me gave some long answer about culture, meeting people, gaining world knowledge, and basically for a 7th grader it was a BS answer, but they believed it so wtvr. After he went on and on I was like wtf so I just said "Uhhm, the snorkeling?" and well that didn't really work in my favor. Don't act shy, and act more excited than I was in 7th grade. I have no idea how many people get accepted I might try again I'm looking that up and idk.

EDIT:= I looked it up more, It's not technically a scam but it basically is. Your experience isn't much more (less kind of) than what a tourist gets, for waaaay more money than what a tourist pays for. You could still have a good time on the trip but it's dramatically overpriced.
