What does it take to get financial aid ? and do i have any chances? HELP?

well, i've asked questions about loans for people with very low incomes and people have replied that i'm going to have to pay a lot for it i need about 2,600 $

how could i get fianancial aid ??

Everyone qualifies for some type of financial aid.  The question is whether it will be grants, money that doesn't need to be repaid, or loans, which must be repaid.  There are many things that are considered when determining eligibility.  I recommend filling out the FAFSA at: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. This is the best way to find out your eligibility.

What does it take??? A lot of effort.

Loans seem to be out of your reach, so your optionn is to get grants and scholarships.

Because grants and scholarships don't have to be repaid, competition for them is stiff. If you want a shot of landing one, you have to apply to as many as you can: and that takes quite a lot of effort.

You have to research on the different types of scholarships. Assess which ones you can qualify for and start applying for them.

The more effort you put in sending applications, the better the chances for funding your education.
