The very first thing you need is desire, integrity, an excellent work ethic, honesty plus good educational skills.  Whether you teach yourself or learn from others.  If you have a job now make sure you love whatever you are doing and work your as hard and fruitful as you know how.  Get to work before anybody else, stay later than others, do not slack off, forget about taking breaks for they just keep you from making more and more progress toward your goals.  

Set goals for yourself and specific time frames to reach same.  Keep your mind afresh of new ideas hourly, learn to read faces which will lead you to almost reading minds.  Get my next book.
