What does life guarantee us?

Life guarantee's us knowledge. Everyone has some sort of intelligence to themselves. It may not show for some people though

My initial thought is death and taxes (inspired by the Ben Franklin quote) but there are others too. There is always going to be experience whether it is good or bad, and the full array of emotions that humans feel.

The only thing life guarantees us is death.

We all make our own life, by our thoughts. We make our life, life does not make us. How you react to your life experiences is more important than the actual experiences.

Death (of course) and choices, and the choices are limited by many factors... we cannot choose to be born rich or choose to live a long life as well as many other things.  Our choices are limited by a time line and where we fall within it. Not surviving birth I would say would be the rare instance you might not have but one choice; that you fought in your own way to live.  

The choices each of us make are like fingerprints to define who we are. No two of us are alike in how we get to where we are going. The more choices we have the more opportunity we have to be more than what we are. The choices we make "guarantee" who we become.
