What does like 17K of 2.5K or 7K mean on myspace?some people have them in thier display names.....?

It means how many friends they have on their myspace.  Some people on myspace like to brag about how many friends they can get, or they can "w***e" to other people.  Whoring meaning suggesting and offering friends to other people through bulletins.  17K means 17,000, 2.5K= 2,500, 7K= 7,000.
