I had a dream last night and would like to know if its means anything (it kinds shook me up)

One of my friend’s fathers dies recently so this might be all it will be.

I went to bed about 3; AM getting to sleep about half past and then I started dreaming. In the dream we had just recently moved to a new house. I was put up in the loft bedroom and then my dad’s gf came into my room, in what seemed to be the morning to tell me that my dad was dead and that he had fell over in the garage and hit something on his way down. Even though this was a dream it felt so real and I was obviously in shock! However this wasn’t the end of the dream as we soon started to discover buts of the house. And this house was absolutely huge! There were rooms coming from everywhere. I put myself in one of the downstairs rooms were I didn’t feel right there seemed to be some other presence there and I could here quite whispers, so I decided to try one level up. The same thing happened but it felt abit stronger this kept happening until I decided I would go back up in the loft.

Me and a few friends (witch I new some of in real life) ended up in the local Arena (Manchester Evening news Arena) and there was some king of fair on, there were a few kids from when I was high school init that I have not seem since.

Back at the house something Paranormal seemed to be happening when all these mystical figures started to appear then all I remember from the dream if me crying with my dads gf and speaking to that friend of mine who recently had a death, Then I woke up. But the dream felt so real! There was a tear in my eye and I was shaking.

If this dream means anything can you please let me know it would be interesting to see if I can get any info on this.

Thanks in advance

Dan

  1. I think the death of your friends father is what really shook you up here, and the reason it felt so real was you could relate your fathers dream death with your friends fathers death in real life.

  2. Your friend's father must have been a relatively young man and maybe close in age to your father.  You are grieving for your friend's pain and it has struck you that your father could also die.  This is a devastating thing to realize.  You may end up in a world (the big endless house) that you are not comfortable in because you don't have the reassurance of your father.

Grief is a powerful thing and it lasts for a long time.  Don't let fear of his loss keep you from appreciating your father today. Don't panic it is just the realization of mortality that has hit you.  Someday you'll realize that you too will pass on and will grieve that as well.
