  1. Chuck Norris.

    Just kidding!

There was a TV special on how he's supposed to eat between 8000-12000 calories a day (whereas other people his age are advised like 3000, tops). He says he basically eats everything he can, since he "can't keep weight on" (which isn't surprising since he trained intensely for 5+ hours a day).

He might eat Powerbars since he endorses them.

  2. A lot of food, all athletes are told to eat a lot of carbs before they have a meet or game, so probably pasta or bread (or both).

  3. Breakfast: Three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise. Two cups of coffee. One five-egg omelet. One bowl of grits. Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar. Three chocolate-chip pancakes.

Lunch: One pound of enriched pasta. Two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo on white bread. Energy drinks packing 1,000 calories.

Dinner: One pound of pasta. An entire pizza. Energy drinks.

Isn't that crazy??? He eats all these carbs and is still pretty skinny!!!

  4. Usually he eats a lot but before a race he eats light and gets in a lot of carbs and avoids protein. He eats light so he does not feel full.

  5. Everything but the kitchen sink so I hear.

  6. Lots of food. He consumes about 12,000 calories a day.
