I am lactose intolerant and don't drink milk, or any diary product for the matter. It really messes me up. But people say it gives you strong bones, makes you grow and some say it helps build muscle. What does it do?

  1. I believe that cow's milk is highly unhealthy for humans, and even weird.

Keep in mind that we are the only mammals on earth who drink milk as adults, and especially the only ones that drink another specie's milk.

It's been found to cause zits in teenagers, and because of it's way too high protein and fat content, can make you gain weight.

You can find calcium in some green veggies, legumes, tofu, seeds, and dried fruits.

  2. if you are lactose intolerant you can drink goat's milk instead of cow's milk. but both milks give you vitamin D and calcium.

  3. It provides calcium which is good for strong bones. It also provides

vitimin D which is necessary for good health.

  4. it has calcium and htat what your bones need to be sstrong because if you get old your likly to get fratures..i would at least be taking a  vitamin ..
