Morals are good traits to have.  Some good morals are honestly, friendliness, helpfulness, patience with others, etc.  Character is the kind of person you are.  You could be mean and hateful.  That is not what would be called moral.  If you are a good, moral person, then you have moral character.  Hope this helped.
