What does my EFC for Financial aid of 1923 mean? My tuition is around 6500-7000 a year??

  1. It means that if you don't have a bachelors degree and you meet about a million other requirements you will qualify for 2,781 a year in Pell grant - free federal money (half in the fall and half in the spring) if you attend full time next year.  It also means you might qualify for state grants, and student loans as well.


  2. This depends on what grade level you are.  It means you are eligible for partial Pell Grant, and full Stafford loan ( sub and unsub).  You will not be receiving any perkins or FSEOG.
