What does my IQ score mean?

I just completed an online IQ test and received a score of 138.

I didn't take it tooo seriously and think long and hard about each question, but I did put in considerable effort.

p.s.: I don't know if it matters, but I'm a male, 15 years old.

I had an IQ test done at school and scored 148.. get one from your local school or psych..online tests are not reliable..Also IQ tests are a joke in my opinion.
