What does my dream about snakes mean?

I had a dream about me finding a big ugly snake in the tree, it stuck with me through-out my dream, I tried to get rid of it and managed once the weird thing is my mom and sister were trying to hold it back, but it came back. Finally I got rid of it the secound time.

tree = family, life

You may be feeling your privacy being invaded by someone you know which you do not like.  Projecting mom and sister trying to hold it back but came back symbolize their helplessness in you.  That means even you have support in your life but you still can't help it.

Trying to get rid of it may mean you want to have some sort of freedom in you.  Someone this big ugly snake offended you somewhere somehow either by words or by some action.

Basically, you just had to vent out your feelings in this dream.
