This dream is somewhat repetitive, My teeth always fall out. Like this time, I was at my girlfriend for 2 months house, and they fell out all of a sudden, and there was a monkey there to???

I'm not sure about the monkey part, I've aways heard animals in dreams don't have such literal meanings.  It's more the attribute like free spirited. However the teeth does usually mean something bad, painful has or is going to happen.  Teeth dreams do suck.
