The night before last, I had a dream where I was at my friends house, like normal spending the night like normal. And for some reason her mom went out side. Well, when she went out side, we followed her and looking up at the sky it looked like planets were exploding. And well, the power went out, and then quickly came back on. Then all I can remember is calling this guy I've fallen for and telling him that I've fallen for him. Then for some reason we ended up walking somewhere, and I got a snickers, 3 musketeers, and a baby Ruth, and I remember calling my mom to tell her I love her and goodbye, and having to explain what was happening to her. And I remember trying to call my grandma and grandpa repeatedly but they didn't answer. And for some reason I ended up in a room that looked familiar to me. And some little girl asked me for a bite of my baby Ruth. Please I need help with this dream, Ever since I've had it, I cannot go out side after dark. It paranoids me.

  1. I have taken two years of psychology and have learned that when you sleep, most of your brain components are not active. Thus, logic and emotion are minimal in your sleep.

Scientifically, they have not been proven to have any real significance.

Even though some people claim that it tells you how you really feel, or what's going to happen in the future.

    Think of it this way,

Have you ever had a dream that makes no sense?

I'm sure you have, and I'm sure you've forgotten about it.

Because dreams that make no sense aren't taken seriously, and neither should dreams that disturb you when you wake.

How many times have people had a dream where it actually came true?

I bet a few times, that has happened?

But how many times have people had dreams where it never came true? Many more times, right?

Psychologist refer to this as "The Fallacy of Positive Instances"

which means people tend to remember dreams or "premonitions" that actually come true, and forget those that never do.

So that if they do come true, they actually believe it was foreseen, rather than it being a big coincidence.

  2. why are you freaking out about a dream? its a DREAM for a reason. they dont all come true or mean something like they do in the movies. my brother told me that they come from stress or worry at work or school. but who knows. maybe the planet thing means your life is crumbling around you and that its time to confess to those ones you love..ie the dude.

you shoulda tld him you liked him a long time ago. why wait? in general, why wait? you could be missing out on something great.

  3. I would say it probably means that you are finally confessing how you feel to him and are releasing alot of stress energy, creating a time for you and him to become closer. (as the planets symbolize). The phone calls would more likely be your fear of leaving home or your families opinion. The candy bars probably symbolize comfort if you are nervous about your crush and the girl and room should remind you of your childhood and again fear of leaving home.

This is a very clear and meaningful dream. I would be happy to help more if possible.

  4. Your dream means your subconscious is working its way through how you'd react if the world were about to end.

Getting dreams interpreted is never urgent.  Dreams are just a projection of our joys or fears while we're asleep.
