What does my dream mean to me?

I had dream that when i go along the roadside with my friend, there are many pink colour snakes follow me and suddenly one of the snakes came over in front of my eyes and bite me then i get shock and wake up from the dream.

The snakes, from my perspective are the feminine and also earth aspected.  They are not deceivers, they are cleaners.  They keep the rodent and large insect population down, and while this energy can bring what we perceive as pain and death, it is really only change.  The pink represents the heart chakra...chakras are the energy centers of the body.  The heart chakra is where our emotions emanate from, and it is the gateway to the upper chakras.  

The fact that the snake bit you represents the active principle directly and deeply affecting you.  The fact that it was in front of your eyes meant that you were perceiving this information on some level.  

So anyhoot, psychobabble aside...change is coming and you cam sense it...it is a change that will affect you deeply, but will open up doorways to further growth.  And it's a change you already know about on some level and are preparing for even now; by dreaming this dream..

our brain is the most power-full tool we have.  Dreams are the way of dealing with the overload the brain goes into in the day, this is the brains way of analyzing what happened that day.

i believe that dreams have no great significance other than that.  

this may present itself as a nighmare as what seems to be what you had, as you find with most dreams you wake up half way through it as we are not in deep sleep hence why you woke up x

Snakes usually represent deception or liars.  So, either you have a lot of deceptive females in your life, or one female who is lying to you a lot OR...

People who are pretending to be female but it not.

But the snakes (lies) are pink (feminine) so...

ADDED:  Since one of the snakes came over in front of your eyes and bit you, I think this means a certain female is influencing your "vision" or perspective on somethings, to see things from a point of view that is not true.  Beware her influence.
