  1. Snakes symbolize healing (a staff bearing entwined snakes forms the caduceus, the symbol for the medical profession, rebirth and renewal ( probably from the fact that they shed their skin) and intuitive wisdom. More often dreams of snakes are frightening. They may represent someone who is untrustworthy or devious a "snake in the grass" they may symbolize temptation or potentially poisonous friendship or situation.

  2. Snakes can symbolize a variety of things.  Here, you are being warned about a male who is literally a snake and will harm you, not fatally, but will harm you nonetheless.  Be careful in trusting males.

  3. snakes usually represent lies and deception.  Sounds like if you are deceived by someone that you won't be too affected by it.

  4. here's what i've found:

A snake, being the ages old symbol of evil or satan, makes it a bad omen to have one show up in a dream. To see a lone snake and feel threatened by it shows that you have a bad enemy that is even then working against you, it also a warning against bodily harm from an enemy. To dream of many snakes in a pit is the foreboding of much bad luck in love or business. Should you overcome and kill a threatening snake in your dream shows that you will overcome your adversary and win out.
