What does my nightmares of scorn means?

okay,I been having the same nightmare 3 days already or more in different times of the week. I dream that an ex-boyfriend rejects me. In the dreams I try to get back with him but he always acts like an asswhole. When I wake up I always ask myself why I try to get back with him in the dream when in real life I wouldn't even talk to him. He cheated on me with someone who isn't even worth more than me and who left him later on. we don't see each other at all. the nightmares are very similar to what happen t when he broke up with me.SO HOW CAN I GET RIB OF THE NIGHTMARES?

Your just focused too much on him and still mad, so your brain comes up with stories to keep you rattled.  Take up basketball or choir to get your mind off it.

NOTHING!  NOTHING!   NOTHING!  Dreams are Dreams,they are not literal and therefore have NO literal meaning! When something happens in life and we dream or have nightmares about it,we are simply watching a recording of that event in our sub-conscious mind! If it is something that has not happened we try to insert reality into it,thus we feel the need to breathe life into it,therefore we seek the advice of Charlatans to make the dream or nightmare come alive and have reason or meaning! Self proclaimed Psychics are in the shadows,as a roaring Lion seeking to devour those who are weak and unaware of their deceitful claims of interpreting dreams and talking with the dead and other foolish claims!
