What does my son need to go to rocky point?

He might be headed to Rocky point with some friends for the weekend. What all does he need to take with him to cross over from AZ and come back home again. He's 15

be sure he takes some common sence, Spring break usually means stupid behavior , he needs to know that if he wouldn't do it in his home town he shouldn't do it in Mx

He needs his birth certificate.  If he has a photo I.D., that is a good idea too since he is not travelling with parents.  The responsible person over 18 in the group must have a letter of permission to take him out of the U.S. and into Mexico, signed by both the boy's parents and notarized.  This is a Mexican law for minors entering the country.  See site below.
