  1. Dislexia does not act up. It's not like an ailment of the body. Dislexia is reading things backwards and so on. My friend has a form of dislexia where she confuses words that are similar such as sign and sing.

  4. Dyslexia is a learning disability that manifests primarily as a difficulty with written language, particularly with reading and spelling.

my little sister has it, sometimes if she is reading aloud a sentance, it doesnt come out the way its ment to,  words are out of place,  the other day for example she asked me if i knew where the hairpoo is...so its nothing to serious but it can jumble words up

  5. It's called dyslexia. There are many types, some of which result in messy handwritings and others with frequent misspelling of words. They know how to spell them but when placing them on paper they come out differently. Its not a major drama, i know three of my teachers have had it.

I have it. There are ways that I learned to work around it by changing my study habits.. but everyone is different .. maybe your teacher was just tired or something.

  7. dyslexia

  8. dyslexia

Some symptoms are that they see letter order different. For example, maybe the word was "from" and she read it as "form".

If she made a mistake in class, and said it jokingly like "oh my dyslexia is acting up" that was very unprofessional.

If she really has it, then I think she would have talked about it more throughout the school year so students were comfortable with it.
