What does one do when broken heartedly sad?

They just deal with it day by day, and then the pain starts to subside.  There is nothing else you can do.

When I thought I couldn't go on, all I thought about all day long was making it through the day.  When I woke up in the morning, I was full of dread.  As the day wore on, I could feel my face trying to crack a smile.  When the day ended and I was lying in bed, I was thrilled to be alive again. It's like I beat the odds for 24 hours.  After a few hundred days like that, I stared noticing I was struggling less to make it.  That gave me the hope I needed to continue.

as the day pass, your heart will soon realize and accept that you can't work on your past relationship. you can also find someone else that can help you forget your past.. or, you could focus on anything else, be busy, hang out with your friends, and soon you can move on.

Pull yourself up by your bootstraps and move on.  Think about all the things that other people have to deal with--real trouble.  Then be thankful that your problems aren't any worse than they are.

i thought people thinks a sexual arous is heart.. then i my heart has been broken more than any person broken ..yeah i need a lot of treatments, and Nourishments...hope i can have..then my heart is again ready for survival..anyway....i thought someone is going to bath me...i dont know who what where why whom..lolz./....
