Im applying to fullerton community college and wanted to know what open enrollment meant.

  1. I believe it means that they don't deny anyone admission into the college.


  2. It means that they have no grade, etc. requirements and almost anyone (usually 16+ with a GED/diploma) can enroll.

  3. It means that anyone can apply at that time but they can always turn you down after reviewing your apps.
