Question:

What does ovulation discharge look/feel like?

I think (hope) I have been ovulating. The last two days (hopefully it has stopped) I saw a peach/pinkish color on my toilet paper whenever I wiped in the mornings to afternoons (disappeared by nighttime). I have never clearly seen the "egg-white" consistency though I do know it is a slightly "darker" color than the white TP. Also, I have noticed mostly on my first wipe (so far) it feels like a more slimy consistency.

And as I type this, for the past little while I have been experiencing a very mild pressure/pain (can't find a better way to explain it) in my uterus/abdominal area.

Is this a sign of ovulation? Please help.

  1. Sometimes the color can be brownish/pink color spots...and also mild pressure and pain..

yes it is definitely a sign of ovulation once you know that you're not involving in any sexual intercourse.

  2. yes, its likely:some cramping can be felt.

the discharge is clear and more like saliva.

you can also buy something in the pharmacy:i saw it recently:test for ovulation(a couple tests are included in the package)

  3. During ovulation, it is clean and thick, it really looks like egg whites. It is not colored. At least mine has never been. As for the cramping, not sure on that one.
