What does paid relocation mean?

i might be offered to relocate to a different part of the state, will they expect me to find housing before i relocate? will they find housing for me?

You will normally find your own living quarters. unless military.. why don't you just pick up the phone and ASK the company?

Paid relocation means they pay your moving expenses. You should ask your employer these questions to find out their policy.
