Everything you can practicly think of if your as good @ it as I am. It can be used to touch up pic & bring them out more. You can also do tons of minipulations to your picture. Why What are you looking for a picture to do/look like?

Photoshop is not "what is done", it is the name of a program by Adobe that is used to edit photos. It can be used for anything from minor touch up to major manipulation as well as being used as a drawing tool. It is such a predominately used tool that an edited photo has come to be known as being "Photoshopped".

using the program "photoshop" you could edit and manipulate the photo, in a photographers use you could alter the saturation, the contrast, the tonal range/ levels, sharpness, you could turn it into black and white and create artistic effects
