Idk I was drunk, but I think it woulda tasted better if it wasn't attached to the pig...

Depends on how you prepare it. Deep fried it is crunchy and quite good.Like cracklin which is pig skin fried. slow cooked it is also good but can be chewy.

They taste like chichironni or pork rind (be sure to have some Tabasco Sauce avaliable).

they don't taste bad actually

they don't have a taste in particular but i can tell u the texture is somewhat weird

i've only tried em once in my culinary school XD
