  2. WELL IVE BEEN TOLD THEY HELP WITH CRAMPS SO IN FOOTBALL GAMES THEY WOULD FEED US BANANAS AT THE BEGINNING

    The cool thing that potassium can do is stop your heart-- its used during heart surgery all the time.

    Don't eat too many bananas!

    LOL, don't worry, you'd puke before you ate enough to stop your heart.  There isn't enough potassium in bananas to do that... all though I am waiting for the CSI or Monk episode that has a killer use this  method... it would be so unique.
