  1. MIlk, cheese, juice, carnation milk, eggs everything exept formula

  2. What you should be getting for yourself on your WIC checks are Dried Beans/Lentils, Peanut Butters, Milk, Cheese, Juices, Eggs and Cereals (regular cereals, not baby cereals!) and maybe Farmer's Market Coupons for Vegetables (you have to ask them in order for you to get the coupon).

  3. You get eggs, milk, cheese, peanut butter or beans, juicy juice, and cereal or oatmeal. You'll get three vouchers a month, trust me it has saved our life during this pregnancy...

  4. I am currently on WIC in California.  I receive 3 vouchers for milk (one also includes), eggs, and cheese.  Cereal, such as Cheerios or Life, also your choice of peanut butter OR dried beans.  Also juice, either frozen or in the jugs.  But mostly lots of milk. :)

  5. you get the same things , like cheese, milk, cereal, juice ,beans or peanut butter and eggs

  6. Depends on your nutritional need.  When I was on it, I got milk, eggs, cheese, and juice.

  7. When I lived in Kansas I was on WIC and I got 3 checks for each month.  There was 2 gallons of milk on each one, peanut butter on one, a dozen eggs on two of them, 3 frozen juice concentrates on one, a lb of cheese on one, and cereal on one.  I don't remember what the combo was but you can use any of them during the month, or a combination of them in one visit.

  8. You get a certain type of milk, cheese, eggs, peanut butter, beans, cereal. It all depends on what the government has on there. More like generics!

    Hope that helped!

  9. First people think it is bad to get on it, but the truth is we all pay for it. Many people abuse it though. I know you get certain foods while pregnant, and after the baby...that are healthy. I think here in MD you get 5 gallons of milk a month, cereal, juice......you get formula. And I think if you are breastfeeding you can get 1 bra a month to help with it.
