  1. It means that there was either an envelope or card that can be mailed along with a selected item that it came with for free

simpler way of saying it FREE POSTAGE

  2. In most cases, it means that you pay the postage to send it to them.   Some places will send you a "call tag" where they pay the postage to get it to them, but mostly they insist that you pay to get it top them and they pay to send it back to you.  But it could possibly also mean that they want you to pay for the postage both ways; check into it by calling them.

  3. WHEN  YOU  SEND  THE  ITEM  BACK   YOU  HAVE  TO  SEND  AN  ENVELOPE  OR  WHATEVER  BOX  WITH  POSTAGE  ALREADY IN  IT   SO  THEY  DON'T  HAVE  TO  PAY  FOR  IT  WHEN  THEY  SEND  IT  BACK  TO  YOU.........GET  IT?

  4. That means that you pay the postage for the item to be returned back to you. Take the package to the post office and they can help you, or if you know the weight you can go to usps.com and calculated the postage there.

  5. its like a self addressed envelope. if its a big item u need to go to the ups or usps website and print postage labels after payment so the other party does not have to pay for postage
