What does "Anticipated Start Date" mean?

I am filling a scholarship app, and i have to list the universities i've applied to and next to it it says anticipated date.

what is that?

It just means when something is expected to start.

Its just asking you for a rough estimate of when you think you will start.  Just make your closest guess.

It means when you want to attend the university you listed.  For example, Fall 08' or Spring 09'.
