Depends on what exactly it is and what type of arabic.

If it was ibijee that means that im coming, or somthing is coming

I cant think of anything else that it could be!

They were probably either telling him that they were coming to get him.. sort of a threat. We're coming!

Not something you want to hear being chased by Morroccan police!
